Room contingents
We hope you understand that due to organisational reasons it’s not possible, to arrange accommodations for all our guests. Nevertheless we booked room-contingents with special conditions for conference guests. It is possible to reach the conference location Austrian Center Vienna directly by public transportation within 15 to 25 minutes, from all listed hotels. We kindly invite you to make use of this offer.
The contingents are valid for accommodations between 13th and 16th November 2018. Prices range between EUR 85 and 165 per night, depending on single or double rooms booking and the hotel.
Should the rooms already be fully booked or the expiry date exceeded, the hotels will provide you with individual offers.
