Angela Köppl received her Doctor’s degree in Economics from the University of Vienna. She joined WIFO as a researcher in Environmental Economics in 1992. Prior to that, she was at the Institute for Advanced Studies. At WIFO she was appointed twice as deputy director. Her research areas are incentive based instruments in environmental economics and climate change.
