Arjen Wals is a Professor of Transformative Learning for Socio-Ecological Sustainability at the Education and Competence Studies Group of Wageningen University. His research focuses on learning processes that contribute to a more sustainable world. In his talk he will focus on the role of higher education institutions for a socio-ecological transformation.
