Ein paar hundert Euro für Nahrung, Kleidung, Telefon, Fernseher, Internet, Wohnung, Verkehrsmittel. Das brauche man, meint der deutsche Sozialstaat, der den Mindeststandard für seine Bürger definiert. Was ein Mensch aber wirklich braucht, hängt von vielerlei ab, vor allem von der Kultur, in der er lebt.
